Living on the west coast we have been dealing with fire restrictions nearly every summer. Not allowing us to legally have a wood camp fire after late May. The off the shelf gas fire pits were not cutting it. Big, bulky and frankly wimpy flames.. We had to come up with a better solution. Introducing the #bamf #calicampfire this little compact power house packs a true 84,000btu of beautiful warm flames that you can feel. With up to 36" dancing fire that runs about 10 to 11 hours at just a few psi with a 20lb propane tank. And can get much wilder with the 20psi regulator cranked up if you got the gas! Compact folding legs riveted to the Laser cut steel housing with CNC machined CrossFIRE 100% brass burner manufactured right here in the USA!
These burners produce twice the flame with half the gas use of the standard drilled burners on the market with a patented venturi jet produce a flame more like a wood fire. Allowing us to get extreamly long fire on times while out in the forest with a single 20lb tank. This is where the Calicampfire stands out from the rest our burner. We teamed up with another US manufacture Warming Trends, to produce the best gas fire experience you could achieve while off the grid during summer fire restrictions.
"The patented technology behind the CROSSFIRE® Brass Burner uses a specific air-to-gas ratio at the point of combustion to produce a taller, brighter, fuller flame that resembles a natural, wood burning fire. We call this the Venturi Effect. Venturi Jet Technology generates high velocity gas flow and pulls more oxygen into the jet chamber – feeding the combination into the flame at the point of combustion. This causes the gas and oxygen mixture to shoot out of the jet at a high velocity as a super-charged flame, like water out of a fire hose."

The CaliCampFire is built to last starting from the bottom up. The .250" replaceable steel feet fold down for table top height as well as transport/Storage The pivot points are powder coated .120" cold rolled steel. Riveted to the main body to allow for replacements if damaged. The main body is constructed from 16 gauge cold rolled steel with a 2"x3" laser cut burner support tube in the center adding strength and keeping the weight down 16lbs in total. The main body is Powder coated black with a 600F degree stable powder for a long lasting finish. The fire pit/burner is designed to move heat up and at you. So the lower section doesn't get hot if the flame is left tame. You can run this fire right on the picnic table.
Internal structure:
The internal gusseting (burner tube) uses a 3x2x.120" wall laser cut tube to locate the brass burner and stiffen up the main body of the pit.

Deflector Media Tray:
The Deflector Media Tray is constructed out of 14 gauge 304 2B finish stainless steel. While the camp fire can run with no media and still be great. To get the most out of your gas fire you will want to add a fire media to help defuse the flames as well as providing more radiant heat to the people sitting around the fire. A small 10lb bag of lava rock works well filling the deflector plate. Depending on the location chunks of Lava rock can be found at camp for setting up the pit. Or even balls Amazon has a bunch of options https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09L81C2LD?ref=fed_asin_title&th=1 Just note not all rocks play well with fire, some can explode under direct heat. Know the rocks you are putting to flame Lava rock is a safe bet just make sure it's dry.
Folding legs:
The .250" thick steel legs lock closed and open, pivoting on riveted .120" cold rolled hinges.
